Mr. Michael Creasy B.A. Business Management: Since joining Buffalo Valley in 2015, Michael has served as Director of Housing, providing leadership for one of the organization's largest service areas. He oversees all aspects of Buffalo Valley's housing portfolio, including program management, regulatory compliance, leasing operations, and occupancy for the organization's inventory of transitional, permanent supportive, and affordable housing throughout Tennessee.
In addition to directing housing operations, Michael manages Buffalo Valley's fleet program, ensuring the organization's vehicles remain safe, reliable, and available to support client transportation and program operations. Working closely with program staff, property managers, and community partners, he is committed to maintaining high-quality housing, regulatory excellence, and efficient operations that help individuals and families achieve stability and long-term success. His leadership and dedication play a vital role in supporting Buffalo Valley's mission of providing safe housing and comprehensive services that promote recovery, independence, and lasting community well-being.
