Mr. Doug Fuqua Sr.: Since joining Buffalo Valley in 2003, he has provided leadership for the organization's Castalian Springs/Gallatin campus. As Site Manager, he oversees a comprehensive continuum of care that includes residential treatment, intensive outpatient (IOP) services, Peer-to-Peer Recovery programs, and traditional rental housing. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the campus, including staff supervision, program oversight, quality improvement, and ensuring individuals receive coordinated, person-centered care throughout their recovery journey.
Working closely with clinical teams, housing staff, and community partners, he is dedicated to delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare while promoting stable housing, long-term recovery, and successful community reintegration. His leadership and commitment to service help ensure Buffalo Valley continues to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers individuals and families to achieve lasting recovery and independence.
