Mr. Gerald Herring: Since joining Buffalo Valley in 2011, he has provided dedicated leadership for the organization's Clarksville campus. A retired SSgt in the U.S. Marines, he serves as Site Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and a diverse housing portfolio of more than 50 units. His responsibilities include managing housing programs funded through multiple federal and state agencies, including the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Grant and Per Diem (GPD) Program, while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Working closely with clinical staff, case managers, housing personnel, and community partners, he is committed to delivering coordinated behavioral healthcare and stable housing that promote long-term recovery, independence, and community reintegration. His leadership, integrity, and commitment to service continue to strengthen Buffalo Valley's mission of providing compassionate, high-quality care to Veterans and individuals throughout the Clarksville region.
