Mr. Jesse Kvapil: Since first joining Buffalo Valley in 2004, he has overseen the Communications and Compliance Department, providing strategic leadership for the organization's information technology, communications infrastructure, and regulatory compliance initiatives. He manages the administration and integration of key enterprise systems, including TIER, DATIS e3, RingCentral, Arize by Cantata, Microsoft 365, and Buffalo Valley's internal network infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient operations that support the organization's statewide behavioral health and housing programs.
