Ms. Miranda King, Call Center Director - Since joining Buffalo Valley in 2012, she has served in a variety of leadership roles and now serves as Director of the Call Center. She oversees the organization's centralized intake and referral operations, ensuring individuals seeking behavioral health, recovery, and housing services receive timely, compassionate, and efficient access to care. She leads a team responsible for coordinating assessments, responding to referrals, scheduling admissions, and connecting individuals with the most appropriate level of care across Buffalo Valley's statewide network of programs. Her dedication to quality, efficiency, and compassionate service helps advance the organization's mission of transforming lives through recovery, hope, and opportunity.
