Ms, Patricia Carroll: Since joining BVI in 2010 and now serves as Director of Maintenance and Housing for Buffalo Valley, Inc., overseeing the maintenance and operation of all treatment facilities, administrative offices, and residential housing throughout the organization. She manages facility maintenance, capital improvement projects, new construction, and Tennessee THDA housing, ensuring Buffalo Valley's properties remain safe, functional, and well maintained. She is also responsible for facilities management and regulatory compliance, helping ensure that all locations meet Joint Commission (JCAHO) standards and other applicable state and federal requirements. Working closely with leadership, contractors, and program staff, she supports Buffalo Valley's mission by maintaining high-quality environments that promote safety, recovery, and exceptional care for clients, residents, and employees across Tennessee.
