Mr. Rusty Graves, LAADAC II, QCS, Rusty is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor who first joined BVI in 1992. He now serves as Site Manager for Buffalo Valley West and Director of Clinical Operations, he provides leadership and oversight for clinical programming, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based treatment services across the organization.
In addition to overseeing clinical operations, Rusty serves as the lead instructor for Buffalo Valley's Counselor Trainee Program, mentoring and developing the next generation of addiction professionals through clinical training and supervision. He also oversees the organization's DUI education program, helping ensure compliance with state standards while promoting recovery, accountability, and public safety. His extensive clinical expertise and passion for professional development continue to strengthen Buffalo Valley's commitment to excellence in treatment and recovery services.
